1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SKLeakshield Waterproofing & Interior Expert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services.

2. Services & Quotations

We provide professional waterproofing, interior design, painting, and construction-related services. All quotations provided are based on site inspections and are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in their specific project quotation. Typically, this includes:

• An advance payment to mobilize resources.
• Progressive payments based on project milestones.
• Final payment upon completion and handover.

4. Project Execution

We strive to complete projects within the estimated timeframes. However, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, material availability, or site access restrictions. Clients are responsible for providing necessary site access and utilities (water/electricity) as required.

5. Warranty & Liability

Warranty on waterproofing and other services is provided as per the terms mentioned in the final invoice/contract. Warranty is valid only for the specific treatment area and is subject to proper maintenance by the client. We are not liable for damages caused by structural changes, natural disasters, or third-party interventions post-application.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SKLeakshield be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
